Purchases and Payment
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and PayPal payments. If you are having difficulties in checking out, please contact reny@renykestel.com for further assistance. 
Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. Reny Kestel Millinery is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. 

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your hat/headpiece if there is a claim, we will endeavour to fix the problem.  Returns will not be accepted on any damaged, worn item or if you simply change your mind. 

Colours seen on the website
Please be aware that colours may not be a true representation on your screen as this varies on different computer monitors. If you are looking to match a colour specifically or want to check the tone, colour fabric swatches can be sent on request.

Cancellation of custom orders
In most cases it is not possible to cancel your order and receive a full deposit refund as all hats and headpieces are made to order for you. Once your order has been placed, it is not possible either to change design elements. If this does occur it can be possible to change details, but extra costs can be charged.
