SHIPPING

Reny Kestel Millinery ships worldwide using Australia Post.  Your hat will come with its own hat box and will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper.

Australia Shipment
A selection of various shipping methods are provided and are set for different processing and delivery speeds, please make sure you select the appropriate option for your needs. Shipping cost will be determined once checkout is complete and rates will vary on location and size and weight of hat (Shipping within Australia is approximately $12.00 - $35.00). Please note when selecting multiple items the shipping rates can increase considerably as the hatbox weight & dimensions are combined.  It is often more economical to purchase and ship each item separately rather than combined.  We can also combined headpieces into single hatboxes to reduce shipping rates. If you purchase multiple items, we will contact you to discuss the best rate for shipping and refund you the difference.  Shipment tracking details will be issued to you via email.  Express post delivery within Australia is usually 1 – 3 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities. Standard delivery items within Australia are usually 3-7 business days.

International shipment

We use Australia Post International Airmail for all international orders.  Shipping cost is calculated by volume and weight, and can be viewed when you check out. 

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, subject to the item being in stock. If for any apparent reason the item has already been sold, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.  This is a guideline, we strive to produce and ship the pieces as quick as we can. If you require your hat by a specific date please contact us before ordering.

General
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. Reny Kestel Millinery is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Reny Kestel Millinery due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
